Meet Marlin!
Marlin is a 1 year 6 months old, Male, Gray Domestic Shorthair.
Marlin is thriving in his foster home! His foster mom tells us that he loves to cuddle and follows her around like a dog. He curls up with her all night in bed. Marlin is warming up to her dogs too and does well with other cats! Marlin came to us with his son Nemo after their previous owner lost their home. The previous owner wanted to make sure they found a wonderful new place so they reached out to us for help. We are still learning more about their personalities, but so far they have been incredibly sweet. We will update this bio as we learn more about them. Meet Frappe!
Frappe is an almost 4 year old, Female, Tortoiseshell.
Frappe came back to our rescue recently due to no fault of her own. She was with us as a kitten and is still just as sweet as she was then. We are still learning more about her comfort with other animals since we received limited information about what she has been exposed to in the last 3 years, but we will update her profile as we learn more. Meet Magenta!
Magenta is a 6 month old, Female, Brown Tabby.
Magenta is a 5 month old female kitty who came to us in very rough shape after living the start of her life on the streets. Thankfully, we were able to fatten her up and she is now ready to find her forever home! She is very sweet, but a bit nervous at first and would do best in a quiet home.
Meet Gale!
Gale is a 1 year 2 months old, Female, Brown Tabby.
Gale is a precious miniature kitty. Roughly half the size of most full-grown kitties, she has the legs and movement of an older kitten, but loves the much calmer adult kitty lifestyle. After trying out motherhood early on, Gale is ready to settle down with her forever human and just soak up all the attention she can get! She loves sleeping with her humans in bed and climbing on laps for pets. She has not realized the bathroom can be an awkward spot, she just knows she will find a lap and hands to pet her each morning and throughout the day, and no opportunity is overlooked. Gale is getting along very well with her foster siblings and goes out of her way to make friends, even with the reluctant kitty. She chooses to flop on her back and show overwhelming cuteness when a cat approaches her. If that fails to impress or show she is harmless, she is happy to yield the space and respect territories. Gale requires very little maintenance and very little space to be content. She loves her small furry mice and will entertain herself for hours tossing and chasing them. A little bit of play before bedtime and she will happily curl in for a snooze. Gale had a rougher life before coming to the rescue and is currently learning all about being a house cat in her foster home, and everything a house can be or do. She has adapted far faster than expected and is much less likely to bolt and hide for very long at a loud sound or new item. Introductions will benefit from a patient and quiet environment for the most success, but this girl wants to shine and find her home. The additional time spent while acclimating her to a new environment and human is sure to pay off with purrs and snuggles. Come meet this little kitty and see all she has to offer!
Meet Lori!
Lori is a 2 years 3 months old, Female, Brown Tabby.
Lori came to us heavily pregnant about in March 2024 and she was such a wonderful mom to her babies! Her kittens were all adopted many months ago and sadly, she has been overlooked despite her sweet and easy going personality. She is extremely sweet and would do well in any home! Meet Rosie!
Rosie is a 1 year old, Female, Lab Mix.
Rosie is incredibly sweet and very well behaved in her foster home. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and cats. She is a bit nervous in new situations, especially outside, so we think she would do well with another, more confident dog to show her the ropes. She is a petite girl and only weighs 42 lbs and she is full grown. Rosie is about nervous around children so we would prefer if she only goes to a home with older children if there are children in the home (over the age of 10). Meet Graham!
Graham is a 3 year old, Male, Staffordshire Bull Terrier Mix.
Graham is a very sweet and playful dog! He enjoys walks outside, playing with toys, and sleeping in crazy positions. He loves attention from anyone and everyone. He just wants to be loved. Graham has recently been enrolled in a Basic Obedience Class that he will be completing over the next few weeks.
Meet Rubble!
Rubble is a 3 year old Male, Beagle/Pittie Mix
Rubble is a very sweet, curious, and lovable dog. His favorite pastime is playing and snuggling with his humans. He is a medium to high energy dog. He would do best in a home that has a lot of energy and can handle a dog that always wants attention. He does well with cats and does well with submissive or low-temperament dogs. He even completed an 8 week Basic Obedience Class with one of our doctors to help him learn basic skills that will help him thrive in his forever home. He would do best in a home without children
Meet and Greet
We will facilitate a Meet and Greet for any new family who is considering either adopting or fostering one of our pets. We always recommend that a family brings all members, including other pets, so that we can introduce the new pet to all members under a controlled and supervised environment. Our staff is trained and dedicated to make all of our adoptions and fosters as seamless and stress free for everyone involved.
